Need Help with Your Backups and Business Continuity Plan?

Disruptions happen — but with the right plan in place, your business doesn’t have to stop.

Our tailored backup and continuity services ensure your operations keep running, no matter the challenge. Whether you’re managing a single backup or part of an internal IT team, we’ll help you find the right-fit solution. We can also support a smooth transition from onsite to remote working.

Why does business continuity matter?

Business continuity planning ensures your organisation can keep running during and after unexpected disruptions. Here’s why it’s essential:

Minimises Downtime:

Keeps critical operations going, even in a crisis.

Protects Data

Ensures vital information is backed up and secure.

Builds Trust

Demonstrates reliability to clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Reduces Financial Loss

Prevents extended outages that could impact revenue.

Improves Resilience

Helps your business adapt and recover faster.

What’s the difference between Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery?

Business Continuity

Focuses on keeping a business operational during a disaster. The goal is to minimise disruptions and ensure that personnel and assets are protected. Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) can include strategies for keeping communication methods working, such as phones and network servers.

Disaster Recovery

Focuses on restoring access to IT infrastructure and data after a disaster. The goal is to limit abnormal system function and get everything back up and running as quickly as possible. Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs) typically focus on the technical aspects of recovering specific systems or applications. DRPs may include additional employee safety measures, such as fire drills or emergency supplies. DRPs are an integral part of a BCP.

Protect your business from downtime and disaster

With no data, you have no business – and the cost of downtime can be huge. From lost orders and revenue to reputational damage and regulatory fines, it can be incredibly difficult to stay in business after a disaster should you have no plan in place.

Disasters are usually caused by things like software failure, accidental damage or human error. They can, however, occur for any number of reasons, from scenarios such as fires and floods to cyberattacks – the latter has seen a huge increase since the outbreak of Covid-19.

Plus, GDPR requires businesses to put appropriate measures in place to restore access to personal data, so it’s never been more relevant to take control of your business continuity management.

Our Solutions

Cross-Platform Solutions

Think of backup and disaster recovery as insurance for your data. Our business continuity services ensure you can recover quickly—no matter the cause of disruption.

We work with industry leaders like Veeam and StorageCraft ShadowProtect to deliver best-in-class solutions for both SMEs and large enterprises. Automated, image-based backups minimise data loss and allow operations to continue in virtual environments if physical systems fail.

From planning to project delivery and ongoing support, we’re here to handle all your continuity needs.

Online Backup

Cloud apps like Microsoft 365 and G Suite don’t automatically back up your data. Human error and cyber threats can still lead to loss.

Our SaaS backup solutions offer automated protection against accidental deletion, malware, and more. We also help you archive inactive user accounts—saving costs while retaining valuable data.

Contingency Planning

Continuity is about being proactive—not just reacting to disasters.

Whether it’s a pandemic, natural disaster, or financial crisis, we help you prepare for the events most likely to impact your business. You’ll be able to maintain productivity and access your systems, no matter your location.

Managed Backup

Our managed backup services take the stress out of safeguarding your data.

We ensure everything is correctly configured, tested regularly, and meets compliance standards. Our solutions are virtualisation-ready, meaning your systems can be restored quickly when needed. Ongoing expert support is always included.
